It’s cheaper for him and the company as he ends up paying less to take it private with a greater shareholding and cheaper for the company when buying out diluted existing shareholders at a lower price.

I fear a 5p capital raise as he’s funding it (likely) and taking it private so wiping out shareholder suits him now despite his holdings - Effectively the capital raise is pointless but it gives him an opportunity to reduce the number and importance of shareholders before going private. It’s Lso cheaper for him and the company.

Suspect the delisting is creating the fear as that's next after raise.
