MM makers will just have to let this share find it’s own level on Monday as the upward pressure will be to great to hold it back. The smart shorter will know the game is now up and the only way for this share now is up so as well, that means a massive rerate in my opinion, roll on Monday.

My prediction is 35 pence by Friday, with this news and that may be conservative.

Did the market makers try and try all morning to get pi to sell with very little success at 18.7p, then when it didn’t work they dropped the price more 1 pence with no sales and all that did was to entice more buyers, that must of cost them. Free stock must be limited, this share may have to rise substantially before they get a bite again.

Devonplay, not a chance they will have a rights issue so low as 10p more like 20 to 25 pence in my opinion, just like you it’s a calculated guess, but I think I will be a lot closer, and we will see.

I disagree pssingthru with your analysis of what will move this share, if and when they sell ESS, for a minimum of 500m they will have secured the future of the company, as cash is king and company debt will have halved in one slice, give them a very sustainable future. They may also be taken over and a reduction in office space may initially cost them money but will be very beneficial in the future, making its employees in my opinion more accountable and zero rents. Lewis will make this company profitable, he’s proven leader, and profits would of happened this year only for Covid, so what’s not to like about this company now, they have moved a long way already believe it or not.

In my humble opinion the share price is being kept low until the completion of the Uganda sale and because it helps the companies who are shorting the stock, mm seem to be manipulating the stock lower on very small sells. It just a game to them, who dares wins.

MM still seem to be manipulating this share, two more big delayed buys, surely this is an indication this share is about to move positively for all concerned. I’m am with Freddy on this one, MM want your share as cheaply as they can get them.

At 1.80 on Thursday morning, that in my opinion are 2 large buys, I would therefore expect some upward movement next week

Mathsprof - I agree the MM are not interested in our little Val at the moment, they make very little from them at the moment but that could change if false roumers from our members continually speculate negatively. All I am trying to say is wait for the facts, stop presuming the their is going to be low ball placing at 1.5p or less, that placing could just as well be 5p or more, if all goes to plan.

In my humble opinion this is the perfect storm, lots of panic sells causes the price to drop for a number of reasons, posting unfounded negative comments and market sentiment towards this share being my 2 top picks, MM love it, as they pick up cheap stock and the cycle continues until the real facts are known. You need some bottle to hold your nerve on this one, hopefully that change is imminent. What’s that saying about the favouring the brave?

120 pence target reached within 7 days. Difficult to say what might happen next but should rebound strongly in the long term.

Cheers hereshopin, I appreciate your frank reply, it will come good eventually, the management they’re installed are top notch now. But in my opinion the share will drift and then consolidate at a lower price before they rebound strongly.
