Absolutely do. If you read my message, its clear that the strike price is the placing price, in the past its been double the SP.

At any time in the next 12 months a holder can exercise, the SP will be multiples of todays price in the next 6 months, that i can near on guarantee, hence the reason to exercise..

If the company is short of cash the two directors can exercise their warrants at the strike price to give the company more cash.

Remember the placing was done down at nominal value

Not a chance of raising the cash that they need. Anything they raise now will be gone in a month or so, so without income generated from contracts they are fooked.

They need circa £1m, not a chance of raising more than £500,000

Cash burn is £450,000 per month
