I am looking purely at :- 4th March Conocophillips v Green Dragon Gas - Judge Foster TUES 18th March in Chambers recorded " Writing judgement" - Judge Foster FRIDAY 21st March Green Dragon Gas rapidly starts to move against a steep month trend drop to £2.60 Weds 26th March - Now up to £3.00 with daily increases in sp. Now there is nothing official, but come on ? The dates , timeline, Judge, drop on GDG price V sudden rise against trend on NO NEWS ????

Trevally morning and welcome. Please don't take this the wrong way, but your research could be improved upon. YES the court case is huge ! Now don't go pooping ya pants you've been lucky !!! GDG lost against Conocophillips last summer, but have appealed which was due to be heard in Singapore High Court in Feb 2014. If you see my question there seems to be 2 sets of information out there and I am not sure which is correct or whether Wong Partners will be tryibg the apoeal inthe Grand Court of the Cayman Islands where the hearing has just been updated to be heard by the end of this month. Taht update was on the 12th March so they are either just daft or it will be done and verdict provided by month end? This IS gdg's main point and you should have really picked this out. However in another case to be settled - YES 2nd case - tut tut, the expectations of a large windfall and extra business WILL far outweigh the other courtcase making it slightly less important. Tip - look back at ALL rns posts over 12 - 18 month time scale on any investment then go digging. Good to have you along for the ride. It will get bumpy so hold until all the details are out and you will be happy.

Can someone please explain how the court case is to happen? 12 March 2014 The Grand Court of Cayman Islands UPDATED its Financial Services Hearings List. 21 Jan Wong Partnership announcedthey had been brought in, but the names under the case in the Grand Cayman Court is different BUT was updated last week ??? Whats going on ?

Hi. Most people seem to post on gdl, so will post on here as it's GDG based Q? I note that the Grand Caymen Court have March the 4th as a date for Conocophillips v GDG. The sp here since the week prior has been walked down although the mm's do seem keen to keep the Ask at nothing short of 281p. I have checked the above website and by registering for unreleasased court rulings are able to see some verdicts. I "think" I remember Calico saying the lawyers name or courtcase number or something about the case, but it was a few weeks ago and I was in to some other workings at the time. I have been keeping an eye on the Singapore courts but nothing there, so guess the ruling will be made in the Caymen Courts? Anu ideas of whats going on?

3 LNG Dispenser systems of an average size is approx $1.5m. 2 Larger LNG Dispenser systems would be the same. Maybe it a small trial order ti see how GEL work, just like GDG with 10 drills for GDL when many more are on offer?

The manufactuer of LNG Dispensers. ( whole system ? ) A system costs around $800,000. India is a completely unregulated with service stations popping up everywhere. Essar may want a bigger slice of this market than they already have and who better to get the infastructure from ? A system costs between $350,000 - $500,000 for a more portable version ideal for remote places. Sell 5 and the company is already up on its full 2013 margins.
