And on the point of "If sidara walk away wood needs to do a placing" again rubbish de ramp, wood are not in financial distress, no profit warnings have been given, debts are being paid, restructuring talks are being had with Rothchild's bank, wood have a $6-8 Billion order book and are winning new contracts weekly . If Rothchild's bank or any other bank agree a restructuring deal with wood this is a positive and the SP will rise, If wood do a placing to clear debt this is a good thing as they will be debt free so the SP will rise. U de rampers really need to get a life because u just look amateur.

And those trying to spread fear and bash this share by saying Sidara will now walk away like its a bad thing its a good thing!! As a shareholder id be very happy if Sidara walked, the offer is rubbish and wood can thrive much better without them so saying sid will now walk away is a rubbish de ramp! The share price is suspended so no amount of BS and trolling can move the SP either way, and it certainly wont affect the outcome of the FCA or the Sidara bid so why exactly have u come in here to post rubbish like that? Clearly u are not invested so what's the point?

I'm genuinely interested in the intentions of the bashers in here and what they seem to think they can achieve by posting fear & lies on a share price that cant be influenced in any way shape or form.

Any previous accounting issues have or are being rectified by wood so the FCA will be 100% satisfied with any findings IMO

This investigation will prove to be a complete waste of time and money, this was probably reported to the FCA by a group of shorters or a disgruntled shareholder, probably one of the many less intelligent posters in here (we have a lot of them) or maybe Sid themselves.

Clearly this is just an attempt to throw a spanner in the works and disrupt the takeover, which in my opinion will have zero effect.

The balance of the Placing Shares will be admitted on or around 2 July 2025 (the “Third Admission”).

I expect us to start moving upwards after these have been admitted.
