I'm currently living in Spain and if this pandemic goes on and on, some serious losses ahead for hotel groups and small businesses.
Most hotels in the main Costa del Sol hotspots have either closed, or are closing until February/March!!
Sad times for those mostly relying on tourism!!

Hopefully good news to come re airlines and travel.

I don't really think not taking your full allocation is really an option..

I took a light gamble, but didn't want to be in too deep.
Basically, sold enough to pay for the RI. Could be a mistake!!

140 would be approx 220 old sp according to my calculations.
That would be nice.

€0.92 is approx 85p at the current exchange rate.

When things settle down after the RI, I'm expecting the new range to between 120-140.
That's round about the 'old' 175-220 range.
Anything above 140 would be excellent for those holding mid/long term.
Equally, below 120 would be bad news, unless you're looking for an entry point.

It'll be interesting to see where it settles and if the RI is, or was, beneficial.

Rise from Thursday likely down to vaccine news. Up and down like a yo-yo and waiting for another drop.
I'm not sure if the RI will go ahead, but will probably avoid it, unless caught, if it does happen.
I operate within a range and 185-220 suits. Obviously at the top of my range now. If the sp rises again, I'll monitor it.
One thing's for sure, no straight lines on the graphs!!

I use IG.
Initially £8 per trade, but only £3 per trade if you trade three times or more the previous month.
Looked at FreeTrade, but not for myself, staying with IG for now.

Bogofchips, at around 160 SP, I'd rather miss the RI and play around a lower range.
I got caught with one RI a few years back, but can't remember which one!!

I'm only holding 5000 now and want to be out before the weekend/Bank Holiday.

tf, maybe not as low as 185 this week, but of course bad news could send it there.
I'm expecting 200's and my peak is around 220.
I'm waiting for 210/212+ for my remaining two tranches.
Sub 185 would be nice...

..but want a nice rise first and then a big drop. :-)

Weekly range was disappointing for myself!
Circa 179 - 201.
I was holding out for 210/212 for two tranches I'm holding, but didn't get there!! Hopefully during the week ahead.
Also holding a small amount from low 190's and sold some on Friday.
I'm fairly positive for the week ahead, especially if some restrictions are lifted. News could be imminent.
I'll buy if dropping sub 190, but fully expecting 200's very soon.
