The shares of 4GBL were delisted from AIM on Monday 7th July 2025. I haven't received any updates either before or after the de-listing to say what is going to happen next to existing shareholders. I am hoping that if the company is being delisted and so taken private that existing shareholders will simply now be shareholders in a private listed company. Is that correct ?

I think its too bad that the company hasn't better communicated the steps in the process of what is going to happen next. It really cant be that shareholders are just left hanging without knowing whats happened to their investment.

....I also agree with you that there is no market in the shares. If the sale of 16,000 shares can cause the share price to drop by 23% then that says alot.

I agree the non-communication by the company really is too bad.

I am probably clutching at straws here but yesterday's sharp fall could be for a distressed seller needing to liquidate his holdings to release some cash for private reasons and not necessarily for bad news coming from the company.

Does anyone know how the share price relates to the volume figures shown ?

I see a whole list of Sell entries of significant volume for the Volume and the share price hardly moves down much. Then I see one small Buy entry and the share price goes up significantly.

Could it be that there is a market maker who is buying up the Sell shares and holding them on his own 'float' and so is able to smooth out price flucuations ?
