Thanks for that tigra we are pretty new to it but we do have one so far, always learning. She's a mortgage broker so she deals with most of it. I trust she knows what she's doing. I'm leaving my cash in for as long as possible the other half wants to purchase a second property to let out and is currently viewing them as I'm at work. James even in the nhs there is a lot of waste. The higher uppers and managers for unnecessary departments take away from the nurses having a decent rise. The nhs is appallingly mismanaged.
