A lovely jump up in the SP, it's nice to see

It seems clear that Reabold are JUST an Investment Company. They have no interest in R & A but simply want to come along when that is all complete and then invest in the project. That's why my Broker, Halifax refuse to trade Reabold because they consider them to be an Investment Company, not an Oil & Gas Company.

I bought in here a few months ago when the Share Price was very close to 3p but lately the SP has just gone down and down. I'm very confident about BPC's future and feel that the purchase of CERP will prove to be a great deal. So why is the SP falling? I thought this was a great Share, but I must admit I'm beginning to have my doubts. Please can someone put my mind at ease.

Hello White Wolf. You say about looking at Valkor, but it's not possible to buy Shares in Valkor is it? Or am I just being very ignorant? I don't believe they are a registered Company. Please correct me if I'm wrong

I spoke to Halifax about my issue and they've just come back to me. They are adament that RBD are an Investment Fund. If you go to your website, www.reabold.com it clearly states: "An upstream oil and gas investment Company." Without the PRIIP that EyesRight mentioned I can not buy Shares in RBD. Bummer lol

Thanks EyesRight. I have spoken to Halifax and the guy I spoke to said he would look into it, but if you're correct and it has been a long-standing issue then I suspect he won't have much joy. I posted the my same Post on the Deltic BB hoping to get some comment from someone and I've copied your reply and posted that on their BB as well. I hope you don't mind.

I posted the same message on the RBD BB and someone replied "It's a long-standing issue with Halifax who have wrongly categorised RBD as an investment fund (a PRIIP) and they won't allow trading unless the company provides fund "product Information". If you want the shares, you will have to find another broker to buy them as this will be quicker than trying to move the boneheads." It's certainly worth knowing imo

I have been looking into RBD and it does appear to be a decent Company, so I thought I would buy a few Shares. Here's the thing though, my Broker Halifax will not allow investment into the stock. I can't buy any Shares at all!!

I've been out for a couple of hours and getting back I just can't believe the Share Price!! It was 4p when I left and I was fully expecting it to be closer to 2p I'm amazed that it's gone back to 5p. Miracles do happen

Hello Bobby. I believe this Share will fall and fall, possibly not to 1p but it won't be far off. Then they'll do a consolidation!!

You're right, it was a lot easier prior to the consolidation IMO. See the Share Price has now gone down and I believe it will continue to go down until they decide to do another consolidation
