Happy agree but you need to have these things agreed a few weeks in advance even if not on paper, the company needs to be in good position and i did say funding would be sooner than most think, in back of my mind always in December and not with warrants. hopefully they will be exercised but no one can say when.

Its done now so should keep firing stoked for q1 2025.

I think placing arranged a few weeks ago and just waited for sp to hit certain levels. These things take time not just 30 minute job just think about all paper work and meetings before hand to get this sorted.

Good news here at least the company got money to drill for next quarter 2025 hopefully by then more warrants exercised. I did say the next raise would be here sooner than you think.

So we can drill baby drill maybe by april they wont need to raise again with cash from warrants maybe next raise be in later in q2. All good news.

Karl everything stacking up in our favour more institutions hopefully come on board and if we need extra funds bet brads knocking on their door first.

Yes Karl Im hoping someone starts exercising the warrants so the company can get the cash in, heres fingers crossed, Doc lots of news to come but if you look at the market cap 21.05m its cheap as chips with what could be coming in 2025.

Lots more drilling at papas possible more work at Apta, possible JV in south of Anza maybe drilling or JV in Argentina, possible resource estimates at Apta by end of 2025.

Impy very Admirable of you when i first joined I thought Newmont and Agnico would be the bees knees for this company biggest and best in world on board but how wrong I was. They destroyed the sp and the board of saying or doing the best thing. Had they continued they would have bought us out for peanuts. Have seen it before. better wi institutional holders they want to see explosive growth and capital appreciation like the shareholders.

This next 24 months could be huge for the company and with gold flying we might not see a better time.

However this months been a Cracker, a Christmas Cracker!
