CEO of Bushveld does not get any 10% of assets hes brought to table dont think hes on any share options schemes either but think he derserves them. Vast my biggest holding and BMN is second atm but soon it will be BMN and yes they will double within next 12 months and again in following 12 months. I hope and prey Vast will do the same but been here two years and well out of pocket.
By the way Teacup Im a great supporter of Vast and have spoken to AP who seems a very nice guy I also spoke to RP and got the impression that us shareholders were good for one thing only purchasing shares thats all. However I agree with your arguements AP a decent chap but think hes on a bloody good deal getting ceo pay and having 10% slice of any assets he brings in as he knows Vast will development later down line and they will be worth 10/30 times more in five ten years time. its what you call having your cake and eating it. or being paid twice his pay is quite good for a aim company approx 250k ish but add on another 10% of any asset then multiply by 10 times or 30 times and thats mega ftse 100 money or premier league players money in division four leagues pay.
Look at ceo of Bushveld 550m market cap hes on 125K growth this year over 400% compare that to AP salary and its not comparable.
Another great interview from AP today on where the companies going. Fantastic assets here but they need developing no mention of Eureka was surprised to here what he said on Manaila that it was not going to be a great profit generator if I herd right. Im sure Ap said several months ago that Manaila could be a super profit generator. So I think APs plan is to try and get as many of these assets for as cheap as possible or use existing assets to pay for them. Either way AP is doing his best and is in a win win situation id be doing exactly same in his shoes cos the cheaper he gets these assets and he has 10% of that once developed its big bucks for AP so a win win situation. Until we can generate cashflow and profits think we will just bump along this road with low sp. Im hoping that the T2 money gives the sp a massive jump but after disappointment of bp license being granted Im a bit more on cautious side. AP and lots of people think its just the market thats holding us back I could not agree with this. seen bmn bushveld minerals zooming along an explora now producer first interims profits ever and share price up 79% in one month 3months 94% 6months 142% and year on year over 450%. so saying the aim market is not doing very good does not hold up. When you got a great company and its got great assets it needs to show that it can produce great profits. Im hoping that the diamonds will do this or BP getting us going in right direction. Im holding a tonne or two of these shares and two years ago the sp was 0.65 two years on and we down on our knees at 0.46 I would have never believed it with all assets we have acquired this year.
Dont think AP doing us any favours in holding back Q3 figures unless they are just ok in theory they should be great summer months etc sulphides we been talking about them for 12 months since last December. Im hoping hes holding q3 figures back so he can give updates on all our projects but you never know. AP has said many things in last few years like bp was coming by mid summer 2017 and we know how long that took. I was expecting it every month from then onwards. so Im hoping that this company starts to produce some cash profits and turnover to really get that sp going in right direction as lots of unhappy shareholders here.
Thanks Alfa, with no warrants to rely on and PI's not selling in any quantity, they seem to be digging themselves into quite a large hole. They may have to start lifting the sp to tempt PI's to sell...
Looks like AP in a win win situation gets a good salary then gets 10% on any assets he brings. should make his salary into millions with these assets thats not bad wages for an aim stock more like a ftse 100 stock if you ask me. win win id like a bit of that.
