Possibly investors moving their money here from Jersey Oil & Gas. They had an awful week after expecting good news in the UK budget for their North Sea licence only to be shutout by Labour again. They lost around a third of their sp.

Roll on 2029 & a Reform government.

I was hoping our fellow armchair eco investors were going to answer this question, I was wondering the same?

Totals 3b/4b licence application is in the 90 days appeal stage & I believe we are about 30 days into that. So around two month to go for final confirmation of licence all being well.

Guyana licence lapses if ECO don’t spud a new well by end of Q1 2026.

I see Gil used the word ‘potential’ about 3b/4b in 2025. That’s set alarm bells ringing!

Block 83 is 1 block away from ECO’s Block 1 on the Namibian/South African border. The more discoveries made near our licenses can only increase optimism of our chances of success when we eventually spud.

By end of Q1 2026 I meant to say.

I believe there was no defined drill date in our block 3b/4b farm down? If Total are making good hay in other blocks they’ll be in no rush to explore ours, it’s not going anywhere. Basically the only potential action we can hope for in next 18 months is Eco contractually obligated to drill a new hole in Orinduik by end of Q1 or forfeit the licence. The SP reflects that.

There is no link. They get excited every month or two trying to manipulate the price. Read back their previous messages & there is no news. When you receive news it won’t be from these two.

The announcement of a drill date.

Eco’s next contractually obliged drill date is by the end of Q1 2026 in our Guyana Orinduik Block. If we don’t we forfeit the licence which clearly won’t happen when we have already discovered 800 MMbls of heavy oil. Add that 5 to 10% of the Hammerhead discovery extends into our block. If the 3B/4B drill happens next year then brilliant. Keep the faith, keep buying low while you can & we will see a 10+ bagger.
