It protects the well from blow out. A legal requirement I believe.

Everything suggests to me that the well has completed successfully and testing is proceeding as planned. Recent RNS uses words such as “successfully and shortly “. Background noise such as the interview also suggest things are going to plan. We just need to be patient and wait for the results. Another success, in my view will provide the company confidence to provide future plans, if these have been nailed down and they are allowed.

Spud. I’m not sure I agree with your figures between drills. Can you clarify with real figures? Have flow rates dropped that much? I think not, yes maintenance may have resulted in a general reduction on the occasion but the flow is still there?

4p on success of current drill would do nicely, but then what. Huge potential on the gas play, gvmt onboard your 4p could be significantly higher. The oil is just there to fund the gas.

Bedex, if your going to put forward any sort of sensible argument or open discussion you really need to ensure you include sensible information, otherwise you end up doing exactly what your accusing the very people you berating of doing.

The company is producing significant volumes and has multiple projects planned one of which is actively drilling as we speak. That is fact not just an emotive comment. If you don’t like it please don’t try to save us all.
