Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
Just Bought in for my SIPP, Amazon have now monopolized a whole corner of the retail market and they're not even a retailer. They are a distribution company, and no one else is delivering my parcels next day. They've got so far ahead of the game that I think they'll be leading the pack for the next 15-20 years. $100 now should see steady growth of 5% a year IMO
Go ahead to build a new village means absolutely nothing if the cash is not there to commence works. They are a cash starved developer with a mountain of debt. no one is going to finance this project, unless there are some heavy interest rates and repossession clauses. they would need to out lay for 2 years before they start to see anything come back in on sales
I see the groundworkers removing all of their materials and equipment from their site near me. doesn't bode well .
Wouldn't want to be out of this one over the weekend!
the only way i can see this working is if they can test both the kimmeridge and the Portland at the same time. happily proven wrong but cant see it.
They havent even hooked up the big pump yet, and we know the kimmeridge doesnt require a pump. Therefore this has to be for perforating more Portland.
isn't being publicised? Angus and UKOG are the top traded shares on AIM. if i hads a share for everytime someone blamed "MM's" the fact remains that big money is waiting on the side lines for UKOG to test the Kimmeridge. this applies to all weald companies
Captain Stanley, agreed, the sustainability of flows on the Portland is what all the weald companies are waiting for. whoever tests the Kimmeridge first, UKOG or Angus, will set the SP's soaring or plummeting of all weald players
Chambers, dont even start with that nonsense, if you think that i believe anything i say on this board will affect the share price, then you are living in a very blinkered small world.
Imac1, i completely agree, this is massively under rated in my opinion as well. but the market seems to think this level is right for the risk/reward ratio.
Captain Stanley, your comment regarding HH is incorrect, you've confused the total BOPD with the recent flow test on the Portland. Only 430 barrels per day over 6 and 2 hours.
going to pop, 15p by close, charts look good. its all the same ****. If it was going to be 15p due to yesterdays news. it would have been 15p yesterday. its not. i dont know why its not but thats AIM. it isnt going to get there today, tomorrow or next week unless Vonk states that they are putting kit on site imminently. simple as that
Agree with the sell on news and 12/13p by next week but i don't believe the approval will be priced in. I would expect 20-25p with approval. As far as i'm aware. they're ready to go as soon as the paper is stamped
