we don't know his personal circumstances, he could have a mountain of debt, going through a divorce, money tied up elsewhere etc etc

I believe (this is just my opinion) that the take over/ joint venture talks have dried up. Eric wants to do this alone unless the offer is one that he cannot refuse. therefore this share has changed from a short term hold quick buck. to a long term hold. whether it will pay off is to be determined

Sapphire, i think its pessimistic to assume they will object. they can't if there is no good reason to do so. if they are allowing production testing. they should allow production

why is it shameful? its only negative for the people trading it who got caught out.... Johnny b Goode, why convert them now and dilute at 1p? they've had that money. the company needs cashflow, not to keep shareholders happy. that comes later when they have revenue. i think a lot of people on here need to take a step back and realise there are much bigger things going on here than keeping them happy. you invested in an oil exploration company, who told you it as going to be an easy ride?
