I get what bruno was trying to say in that the board would no doubt rather release news with no political unrest on going.
However, political tensions with Russia and the west come and go business continues.
I have every confidence that the board will release news when they can as per the regulations, once all the paperwork has been done. As ultimately the sp will re rate anyway to that of the sale price.

At the end of the day they want their dividend just as much as me, if not more so. After all they have triple deck mega yahts to buy and there not custom built over night!
