Centre is the jewel in the intu crown imho, a survival deal will be struck as there is huge investment going on building a tram line to the trafford centre, that’s going to swing the deal imho as too much is invested in the travel infrastructure for it to close, Christmas shoppers will be there in their hoards as usual generating mega millions for the treasury, intu will survive imho of course, holding a big chunk here and expecting a very good ROI...

Let’s hope I’ve made the right call on this one, I can’t see the lenders not agreeing a deal, it’s in everyone’s interest... fingers crossed as they say!
