I reread the RNS and it says the offer is yet to be approved by shareholders. No share holder will be approving this deal. I expect a counter offer to be made until shareholders are happy with the deal.

I do believe there will be a counter offer once shareholders reject this offer

No shareholder is accepting 1p per share. Especially large shareholders here who would lose millions of pounds if the offer was accepted. They will be doing everything they can to get a counter offer or to renegotiate the offer with virgin

There will be a change in public opinion here. The share price here will rise further. Noone is accepting 1p per share thats for sure

Noone will be accepting this. The amount of people virgin will upset will cause major damage to there reputation. That is worth more to them that a £100million profit here!

Virgin do not want to ruin there reputation here. This is clearly a lowball offer for shareholders and virgin should be ashamed of themselves. If they thinm shareholder will agree to this they need to think again

Counter offers will be made. If this deal is approved it will ruin Virgins reputation and that is worth far more to them than £3million. They willl increase there offer.
