The next focusIR Investor Webinar takes places on 14th May with guest speakers from Blue Whale Growth Fund, Taseko Mines, Kavango Resources and CQS Natural Resources fund. Please register here.
So i have been in here when this was a cash shell Richland Resources. Lot of entertaining chat on here at that time. Management stated their intention to RTO in the mining sector. I bought around autumn 2019, and kept the entire holding through suspension in summer 2020.
I am a prolific investor in resources in juniors , mainly in Canada and on the ASX.
Alll the chatter online amongst the Vancouver circles is focused on certain rather narrow criteria, and the main one tends to be share structure, they like a tight share structure. So they tend to avoid ASX companies. And i have read comments on Ceo.ca talking about avoiding AIM, and that it has a bad reputation in the US and Canada and so on.
As we have seen with De Grey , they have rolled back the stock, over the years, and look at it now.
The critical thing here, is that North and South Carolina are totally ignored for gold, there is only 1 major mine, the Haile, Unless anyone can make me aware of another one nearby .
So surely we're in for a big discovery IMHO.
I am sitting on a nice profit here , and have no intention of selling.
Best of luck to all
Management have done well to acquire this project , in the short space of time that was available. There are various elements that factor in with junior mining.
There an element of luck also , which tends to be overlooked.
Willem Middlekoop of the CDF has said , " you can have a bad management team and still make a great discovery , we have seen it so many times"
I guess it's also relative to how much your willing to stake here, if it's a small amount then I feel it's worth a gamble, IMHO. I am already in since 2019 at the lowest price it was , can't complain
Not sure when assays are due. But I feel sort of relaxed about the wait for assays , not sure why , some sort of gut feeling.
I would rather not sound too bullish on a stock , so as not to sway anyone's decision , but look at the location. Is there just one major mine in this region, the Haile and that's it ?
Well it's under the radar in the context of the wider junior explorer scene , primarily out of Vancouver .
I am in several explorers listed on TSX and CSE , and I analyse all the chatter within the Canadian circuit.
The London AIM market is largely ignored, and they're not too keen on the ASX either.
But that's what I like about LEX, while everyone else is chasing these other stocks here we have a worthwhile project which isn't talked about much.
Yeah, because this is still risky, and holding shares for as long as I have its a reasonable move, and that might be something for holders to bear in mind.
Many of the comments on here recently suggest too much optimism to me , so it's relevant , All posted IMHO only , please DYOR
Really thinking I should take some profits here , I haven't sold a share since buying in 2019. But only trimming the position, and redeploy into a near production miner.
Great tips mentioned in this video, which I feel is quite relevant at this time,

Nice short video here , with a few words on early stage exploration

I haven't sold a share since buying in while still RLD , so I am excited about the potential , however any mention of mining at present is somewhat premature . and all four projects ?
Strip ratio , metallurgical recovery what's the true width of the intercepts etc will have to be assessed for starters.
If the drilling only reveals more geological information , which leads us to another round of drilling then that's ok with me.
The truth machine is about to speak
Please DYOR
Really looking forward to results , paid only £600 for 1million.
I own a load of other juniors listed in Toronto and on the ASX.
Reading through the chat boards such as CEO.ca, , it seems there is some negative sentiment towards London AIM stocks in mining ,
But I think we have some decent projects , and a good location IMHO , when compared with many TSX and CSE juniors searching in the Golden Triangle , Abitibi , Quebec and other in the middle of nowhere places
Many of these Canadian plays can get promoted and pumped by the newsletter writers.
Also have to tread carefully if we are in a gold bull market , as everyone gets on the bandwagon
LEX is totally under the radar , and ignored , and I like that
Anyway , rant over
Best of luck to everyone holding here ,
And please DYOR
Hi All,
Yes , those core photos are nice, but geology is so complex , still a long way to go. Metallurgy etc has to be assessed.
But looking at it from my angle , I purchased around autumn 2019, and I just think look how far we have come so quickly.
I own many junior explorers listed on ASX and also in Canada , and I follow all the podcasts , and I am stuck waiting week after week for drilling newsflow, and watching the stock price nervously.
And these guys are getting on with the job .
Posted IMHO only , please do your own research
