It would appear that the holding of EMBA has fallen from 29.7% to 11.5% but this only due to a change in voting rights as the preference holders are now allowed to vote,being more than a year in arrears.
72 million Preference + 45 million ordinary = 117 million.
29.7% of 45 million = 13.5 million
13.5 million out of 117 million = approx 11.5%

Perhaps following MSt CG's purchase at 51p might not be the best thing,as last year on the 8th October he purchased 9,237 at 169p.
