Its only real success is to top the fallers board twice.
Itagame. Absolutely correct.
Great song, as many were from that period, but then I'm biased being late teenager in the 70's. Good old Hammond organ, ya boo sucks to non analogue music. Our SP maybe pants but we can still enjoy good music and sunshine. Swedes will effectively be on holiday all next week.
Truth. So the games afoot.
True. Equally how are Arena going to manage conversions with the SP so depleted. The board has mentioned the need for fundraising (sic), but not said how much they need. They appear to drawn down all the £4m convertible bond. Arena have only converted a small proportion so far. Do they want to buy Arena off?
But little mention in these RNSs of the financial position until now. They had a £4m convertible loan and £580k unsecured loan from Highlands and Islands as recently as March. H&I would/should not have lent if the company's financial state was weak. Less damage would have been done to the SP if they had announced a rights issue to raise capital. A right mess.
So having to find £145k tomorrow to pay Syd is good news. Your comment seems close to breaching market rules.
Yes but the RNS said the new shares would be available for trading as of the 12th. My question remains why are only 28m shares shown as issued .
Our SP is consistent with the Swedish based on an exchange rate of 7.4p to 1k. Krona is showing considerable weakness against other major currencies. Good for exports, but little else.
Interest rate rises are starting to have affect on the housing market and related industries, ie agents, builders and builders merchants. I suspect that listings across the board will be down as sellers and buyers assess where the market will go. No-one sensible is going to list with Purp in the circs, though they might be tempted with Strike. Cap value down to about £1m so shareholders distribution looking meagre, at best.
It was anticipated that the new shares issued would commence trading yesterday (12th), in which case the total shares in circulation should be 59m, but only 28m are showing as issued. Unicorn's holding more than doubled yesterday but was this due to the placing/subscription or something else. No. if shares in issue, price and cap value don't seem to reflect what should have happened yesterday. Opinions pl.
How frustrating. We are like a rock climber who has painstakingly edged up a rockface only to lose their footing and now dangling on the safety rope looking to find a way back to the cliff. If cancer was a pandemic (which arguably it is) progress from the authorities might be quicker. That said have used the drop as a top up in the hope the RNS is accurate about dealing with the enquiries.
Based on the RNS, placing now looks inevitable. The test will be how much they need to raise and price in this market. GLA
I'm tending to the view that todays RNS was issued to pre-empt it coming out elsewhere. The press release in Feb states the following: In the Kallak area, 389 million tonnes of iron mineralisation have been estimated. It is not specific to Kallak North and the PERC basis for estimating is not mentioned. It is the company's own estimate and figures that have been reported for many years. The 14 year life of KN based on the PERC estimate is well known and accepted prior to the 25 year Concession Licence granted last year. Again when all of the Kallak deposits are taken into account the Company anticipates the life of the mine to exceed 25 years. Maybe the company is preparing a material announcement relating to Kallak. Wouldn't that be nice.
I suspect someone pointed out the error to the company, so they had to address the 'slip of the tongue'. If Rostin is going through Kurt's filing cabinet, lets hope he doesn't find any more skellies. Some positive news from BEM is sorely overdue.
This further drop is a bit of a surprise as the Retail Offer and price was known about last week and just a third of the shares offered in the Placing at same price. Lets hope for a recovery as the day progresses.
Sain. Add to the costs you mention directors remuneration contracts, redundancy costs etc and the supposed £5m will be further eroded.
I would be happy to see the Kosovo investment offloaded-hopefully at a profit. I have never really been comfortable with our move into Kosovo with issues of corruption hanging over the country and continuing tensions with Serbia.
Interesting that the JV partner is an Ukrainian company. Finland is not particularly warm to the Ruskies so I wonder if there were any politics involved in the choice! I'm not surprised that Finland has join NATO. They have an old saying in Finland, that Swedes will defend their country to the last Fin. Who doesn't like dark humour.
Suzy, are Neanderthals extinct or just hiding amongst us-like the wild flowers do. Let's not call them weeds, they have ecological value.
