My only thoughts are I personally don’t want MT to ride of the back of SF.

Quick Question !Metal Tiger are selling 1.5 million shares and buying 7 million Sandfire shares through a investment arm.Are they buying at a discounted rate due too the volume and the original investment agreement?

The price forecast is what the 3 analysts at the FT are saying.
Outperform the market in the next 12 months.
The price is lower than the IPO due to the FT article about the brother of the directors wife, been Alphawaves largest customer.
Maybe some irregular practices, rather than accounting manipulation.

The FT put the 12 month price forecast at 80 percent increase for their low estimate at £3.12.
Personally I like the business model of designing and collecting Royalties.

Sandfires Net Income after Tax was 110 million in the first half of 2021 up to June 30th.
However - Capped at 2 Million usd.
A US$2m capped 2% net smelter royalty over Sandfire Resources T3 project in the Kalahari Copperbelt (within PL190/2008 which is held by Sandfire Resources subsidiary Tshukudu Metals Botswana).
The other upcoming developments have an uncapped smelter royalty.

How can it be organised by market cap, when smaller capitalised shares are closer too the top of the list ?
The November post just says Metal Tiger, first mentioned at a price of 11.5 pence - Share Consolidation at 10 to 1.
Investors need more clarity on the distribution of the Sandfire Smelter profit at 2 percent.
Are we going to see that or is it simply allocated to wages and paying of the development loan?

Reading a 2 part series of the Investor Chronicles magazine last week and Metal Tiger didn’t make the top 100 AIM companies as advised by Simon Thompson.
Must be too much Speculation built In.

Net Smelter Royalty, which it holds over circa 8,000km2 of prospective ground, held by Tshukudu Exploration (the “Royalty”).
Metal Tiger holds 6,296,990 shares in Sandfire representing approximately 3.5% of Sandfire’s issued share capital.

Website suggests that its an uncapped 2 percent smelter which relates to the land, which the T3 and A4 mines sit on.
So the Smelter payments are ongoing and have potential for large further growth.
