W Resources Plc (AIM:WRES), the tungsten, copper and gold mining company with assets in Spain and Portugal, was notified by the Company's Chairman, Mr Michael Masterman on 16 August 2019 that on 15 August 2019 Symmall Pty Ltd, of which Mr Michael Masterman (a director of the Company) is both a beneficiary and trustee, purchased 15,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.44p per Ordinary Share.

The transaction was conducted as an off-market transfer from his wife, Mrs Holly Masterman, who sold 15,000,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.44p per Ordinary Share to Symmall Pty Ltd
