Ukraine conflict lasting for a long time, not to mention the middle east conflict, China Taiwan exploding. Western sanctions on China etc.

Not to mention Christmas and New Years holidays plus half terms etc...sale will never occur.

Instead the usual extension of options every six months and "we continue to be in discussions with several interested parties" is all we'll get. With money fast running out, then dilution soon

The board deserve to be pelted and slated. We've had three years of it now and quite frankly patience is wearing thin

That's when there was belief in the company. Unfortunately three years of can kicking and "we continue to be in discussions with interested parties" has eroded sentiment.

In January 2021, the board used Christmas and holidays as an excuse for a sale not occurring. The sale, according to many posters on here back then, should have been "done and dusted" by Christmas (2020).

The board then used the words "soon", "shortly" and might have used the word "imminent". They've always used the phrase "we continue discussions with interested parties" or words to that effect.

We've had the Ukraine conflict, the middle easy is boiling up and China Taiwan just around the corner. Plus we have Christmas and holidays around the corner.

The board are getting big fat cat salaries, jet setting corporate lifestyles and lunches paid for at "discussions" and forums. They're in no hurry to give all that up so expect more can kicking

You maybe right regarding HZM and EUA being very similar regarding cape required. I believe HZM requires hundreds of millions if not a Billion ( pethaps more) just to develop the mines. It could be the same regarding EUA.

A few years back, it was discussed to death the difference between HZM and EUA. It was agreed upon that HZM and EUA are extremely different

Hzm is very very different to EUA.

The SP is where it is because the market have little faith in the company. The dwindling share price reflects growing disillusionment.

Let's be honest.... If there is to be a sale, it could be Rowkas £3.50 or more. Or it could very well be a few pennies

We simply just don't have a clue and the way the board have gone about, I very much doubt there ever will be a sale

I just like many other LTH's still have hope even if it's only 10% or so hope but I'm too underwater to sell just like many LTH's who bought well into the 30's.

We've been told in January 2021 that the delay for the sale was due to Christmas and holidays, the words "shortly" and "soon" have been used as well as "massive dividends" even though "massive dividends wasn't used by the board but by someone apparently connected to them. We've been led to believe for last three years regarding JORC and DFS being published yet absolute silence on that.

And I hate that" we are in discussions" phrase. That rubbish has been trotted out for many years now but I guess it pays their fat cat salaries and their all paid for expensive lunch and jet setting corporate lifestyles

I wish I still had the same optimism as you, Beast but I no longer have it and with good reason.

Don't forget that almost three years ago in January 2021, the board in an RNS used the excuse of Christmas and holidays for the delay in sale.

"We are in discussions with" is just the usual phrase into their weird cryptic RNS's and quite frankly, I believe the board with their fat cat salaries and expensive paid lunch meetings, have a lifestyle company which suits them just fine.

Three years back, we were led to believe that the sale was "shortly"... What's happened since then is extreme can kicking down the road with words such as "soon" losing all meaning.

Am I hopeful? I still have hope but that hope is diminishing each passing day.

Sadly I'm not and with very good reason

The board have said that the sale is to a BRICS country or likely BRICS country (Saudi, UAE). The rest of the world aside from Western Europe will be investing heavily in Russia.

Only problem is that we are no nearer to a sale than this time three years ago. What should have been done and dusted before Christmas 2020 is no nearer to a completion than then. In fact, I'd say we're even further away from a sale than we were in December 2020. The sentiment and confidence is at all time low, whilst the Share Price keeps drifting lower and lower. Meanwhile the board keep getting their big fat cat salaries and makes one wonder whether this indeed is just another AIM lifestyle company for thr corporate con artists ceos.

We and our loved ones are all getting old and prone to illnesses and debilities and quite frankly I just expect the board to extend the options for another six months, which is unfortunately their usual MO. When the money runs out then the usual dilution will occur.

Absolute utter disgrace!

"Not too long now" has been going on for last three years. In that time no details of DFS, no JORC been published. In fact hardly any details and absolutely no support to long suffering shareholders.

It's just dragging on whilst we and our loved ones are all ageing and getting illnesses

The board seems just like any other corporate management these days as long as they receive their big fat cat salaries.

"Hitting the ground running ", " next few months", is all things we were hearing in the Autumn of 2020.

Was supposed to have been sold before Christmas 2000. Three years on and still more can kicking down the road. I expect an extension of options for another six months.

To be fair, Keith in all likelihood has as much knowledge as EUA investors.

What seemed like the best and most credible company to invest in on AIM has now become a total utter nightmare. I'm too underwater to sell and unfortunately my large investment is tied up here for many years, if not forever.

I guess it doesn't matter for the board and the fat cat salaries they're on. I guess it just sums up the management and corporate types these days - without conscience and bunch of bloody crooks
