I actually believe that the war will have absolutely no bearing on the value of the sale. The sale is supposed to be to likely Brics nation.

The only problem is the board. The board are just simply extremely incompetent. I actually now fear a no sale and four years of waste

The contempt with which CS has treated long suffering shareholders has been an utter disgrace. I honestly think the advisors (DLA Piper, UBS) are absolutely milking it and after more than three years of nothing whatsoever, the supposed buyers are just treating their negotiations as free meal tickets and then a bunch of laughs at the amateurish joke of a board

Why waste Saturday mornings and every other day spouting the "end is nigh" stuff in a company in which you're not invested.

Despite sitting on green metals worth Billions of dollars, if not tens of billions, having DLA Piper and UBS advising for the last three years or so and bringing in a fella 18 months ago, who has conducted $100 billion worth of sale in the past, to speed up the sales process, CS is making a complete pigs dinner out of the company

I really want a big pay off for all LTH's but to say I'm disappointed in the board would be an understatement. They've literally messed up big time. I don't know whether it was greed, hubris, arrogance or perhaps all three combined. I'm really hurt by CS and the board. It's been absolute utter torture over the last few months, with confidence in the board ebbing and drifting away.

They've also lived and continue to live the corporate lifestyle - expensive suits, first class travel, expensive lunches etc.

The boards handling, the communications, NDA's etc over the last three years has been deplorable.

What ever happened regarding that fella who was supposed to have made $100 billion of sales and the board brought on almost a year and a half back to speed up the sales process

Whilst I'm heavily invested with a large average and would love for a successful outcome for all invested, I can't be oblivious to the fact that the situation regarding faith and trust in the board is dire to say the least.

I'll always retain hope but my optimism is virtually non existent. I'm extremely annoyed and angry with the board

I'm not at all deramping. I don't do that kinda stuff. I really hope for a massive success here for all long suffering investors but I'm becoming more and more pessimistic and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

I'm a shareholder and I got sizeable chunk too, and I really really hope for a massive pay off with all the time, patience and faith I've showed in the company and the board. However my faith in the board is virtually non existent now. I'll always have hope but very little optimism left unfortunately

That's exactly it. The excuses are simply wearing thin. The "continue to be in discussions with several interested parties" will be trotted out next week when there is another 6 months options extension. The SP will take a big hit next week because with the money running out, next week's RNS will be the straw that finally breaks the camels back as far as credibility and faith amongst the market and investors goes regarding this company and especially the board of directors

The board were looking to conclude their strategy at the end of 2020 but something happened that maybe caused issues... Christmas and holidays... The board mentioned it in January 2021

The board will use anything as an excuse. I'm January 2021 they cited Christmas and holidays for delays.

The problems in the world regarding war and geopolitical tensions are growing rapidly. Using world events as excuses simply doesn't wash any longer especially since the board cited that they are dealing with BRICS or likely Brics countries almost two years ago. As long as the board get their fat cat salaries and live that corporate lifestyle they can trot out the usual " we continue to be in discussions with several interested parties"
