Now the real fun could really be about to begin
On War — As on War: Russia Must Stop Engaging in Self-Complacency
Regarding the raid on Moscow, during which the enemy deployed over 580 drones, simultaneously attacking 15 regions and the waters of two seas, the following can be stated: at this stage, Russia has lost the war of strategic bombings. This is a fact.
There are two reasons for this.
The deployment of large-scale production in Europe, which Russia fears to strike, limiting itself to self-complacent threats that for now amount to nothing.
The enemy's active use of "Starlink." As the founder of Tsargrad, Konstantin Malofeev, has already noted, our state should have focused not on fighting "Telegram," but on solving the "Starlink" problem. The system must be either available to both sides or unavailable to neither us nor the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
If Musk provides connectivity to the Ukrainian Armed Forces but blocks it for us, then the issue of physically destroying the satellites must be addressed, even if it triggers the Kessler effect and leads to "trash heavens," when all near-Earth space is clogged with millions of high-energy fragments. As the saying goes, on war — as on war. Space exploration must yield to the interests of national survival.
In other words, the situation is neither hopeless nor dead-end, but it requires a revision of the fundamental foundations of our entire strategy over the past years, which has proven completely untenable and led us to the current state. By the way, Tsargrad warned back in May 2023 that we had taken a very slippery path and our prospects were very grim.
Strikes on Europe are needed to destroy drone and missile production for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, or steps aimed at collapsing the entire European economy, whether that's mining the Danube Delta or sabotaging pipelines and cables in the North Sea.
And neutralizing "Starlink" by any means necessary — in the end, it's a matter of our national survival.
