Copperpot this is not a binary outcome imo and your ‘certainty’ is flawed ! What if no sensible offer lands and no sensible funding offer is forthcoming to progress to production? Where would that lead to the possibility of a low and even hostile bid coming? It seems to me that Solg’s resources have rather too often led to an arrogance of being secure and alright Jack?

I sincerely welcome our CEO getting stuck into PR on proactive investors - something which I suggested he might do around 7 or 8 weeks ago.

Let us see what develops

Notwithstanding the other positives, I take heart that our new CEO is mentioning shareholder value. A phrase which is all too often used as a throwaway token by companies imho but I want to believe that he honestly means it and intends to deliver it. Certainly made the weekend a tad sweeter for holders here ;)

How many more drills needed to begin to prove up a Rio discovery though?

My 44p investment last week is looking a bit sad but I’m far from worried.

‘Normal’ life will likely take a while longer to materialise than many might hope for. But, barring aggressive new covid variants - which are still very possible until the world is 70 - 80% vaccinated (5 years +) - the general public will slowly but surely start to return to cinemas imo.

BBG I actually find your I’d idea of delaying the Alpala PFS while we prove up a second tier one, to be delicious. We’re it not for basic fact that to do so would cost Solg a fortune. And timelines would be 5+ years. It’s simply for the birds imo

I’ve seen posters today wondering about Monday being ‘the day’ for results. As I’ve grown older and older lol, I’ve become more relaxed about perceived timelines. It just raises blood pressure and creates doubt in your investment.

There is still risk here of course but surely very low now when balanced on the scales against upside and reward?

If all of the recent bullish ‘indications’ from Synairgen turn out to be unfounded then how would these scientists ever be able to save face in the future? These guys have integrity imv.

My point is that nowadays I choose to be more patient and once I believe in a company, let them deliver when they can. They know best.

This cannot be said for useless or indeed marginally corrupt companies - but I think we can all agree that Synairgen is certainly not one of those !

The news will come soon but please don’t fret whether it’s this week or in two or three weeks.

As to your earlier post theorising about other PFS’s being delivered within the next 2 years - how on earth is that going to happen? It isn’t ! Not a chance imo. You know the sloth-paced history here. There’d have to be a revolution of timescales and massive costs involved to drill all those holes to provide PFS data. It would likely need a major miner to achieve that. I’m all for star-gazing but please be realistic mate …..

Hi Bozi yes you’re right that I’ve been moaning for a long time about lack of progress - as I see it. Although I would argue that I’ve also been bullish when I felt it was justified.

Now if the likes of your good self is starting to have concern over your investment, that gives me concern too because I’m not sure I’ve ever seen you writing such stuff.

If someone had told me 5 years ago that our SP would still be stuck in the mid twenties, I’d have thought them madly pessimistic - and yet here we are!

I often disagree with what copperpot writes, but I sincerely hope that his assessment of March/ April time being the time for significant events here, is right. But I haven’t seen what he thinks is actually going to occur at this point?

Red I can’t really see there being a ‘technical rise’. Only good news will haul this north imo. And the RNS machine appears to be broken again at Solg towers lol. But I mustn’t go on or else Bozi will tell me off for being impatient ;)

MassiveRay fair enough that you have your view. I can’t claim to have seen everything that was going on, on this bb. But I have seen Andy consistently posting very bullish & informative posts.
