It might surprise you to hear that I’ve often totally appreciated and agreed with your views and take on all things Solg.

But as a prostate cancer survivor last year (previously posted), I’m going to disagree with you about this bulletin board being beyond saving.

Of course it’s not. Many LTH’s still posting and many new & welcome investors posting. There will also be other new / perhaps not so new investors wanting to have their say via a post or 2. I’d say give it a go to them :D (but don’t reveal personal ID stuff obviously).

Hi Jack, I hear you. It’s a worthy cause/fight, and I used to fight it too.

But imo it’s best done respectfully, not in a hostile manner.

And as I’ve got older, I realise that folks will make their own investment decisions based on their own hopes & fears. We all have completely different risk v reward thresholds, and opinions. For example that film you just saw at the cinema who friends said was ace, but you thought was rubbish & visa versa.

Yes, some private investors will indeed buy/not buy, sell/hold shares based on what they read on a bb such as this. I’ve done it myself! But the responsibility will always lie with them.

Better get off my high horse now or else I’ll break my neck, but I reckon you’ll get my drift.

I’ve posted on very many bulletin boards over the years, but I can hand on heart say, that I’ve never come across so much hatred between fellow posters, as on here.

(I accept that I post my own rubbish too, and from time to time, I’ve allowed myself to be baited as well).

Possible PENNANT pattern coming to an end on the 5 day line chart - and will hopefully lead to a bullish breakout into the 11’s and beyond. Can only hope and it’s certainly due, after the great funding news this week. Keep ‘em crossed.

Hi affrm, please don’t get me wrong, as a very LTH, of course I’m hoping that your assertions/predictions come to pass.

But alas, I think the share price will linger at these low levels until something else gives - be it an offer or joint venture etc.

While SolGold is now ‘safe’ for the time being on a financial footing (hoorah), potential big investors are going to need to be anticipating an offer coming soon imo.

We all know how long/many years things have taken to progress here. As I posted yesterday, I’m certainly hoping that an offer will indeed be forthcoming.

Clearly fantastic funding news yesterday! Just what the Doctor ordered - and huge respect to our Directors for pulling it off!

It'll now be very interesting to see how the big beasts - who it appeared were hopping SolGold went bust - react to this. They must surely know that the time is fast approaching for them to dig out their wallets.

The game is most certainly now afoot !! :D

I remain astonished that no one has made an offer for SolGold in recent years. It wouldn’t have to be huge to be accepted imo - 50p would do it - or at least it would for me.

Ortherncopper, I can see you point of view, but it can’t surely answer HOW what those seeking to get the massive assets we have, plan to do it?

Hi anon, I share your absolute frustration - as I’m sure many do. It would be fine if we had dividends, but alas we don’t.

I’m waiting on something significant hopefully coming down the tracks very soon - as suggested by other posters. Might not be a great time to be fully out - Sod’s Law and all that? But I also appreciate that it’s exactly that sentiment which has kept us ‘hanging on’ for so many years, feeling frustrated.

After 10.5 years I’m getting exhausted by my investment in this ‘supposedly world class tier one gold, copper, silver play’.

The figures look good but what about getting it out of the ground?

I’m not a business man, but I’m not stupid either - and notwithstanding that commerce/dealings take a long time - how on earth has any potential bid/deal not been forthcoming by now?

I’m sincerely hoping - nay - praying that our BoD secure something good, sooner !

I can’t deny that I’m finding these doldrums somewhat exasperating - particularly at a time when interest rates are higher than they’ve been for a good while, and my money could be earning interest
