I don't see that in the RNS. From the below paragraph we're still at the 'working it out' stage. Which is not in itself a bad stage to be at, it's important to do it, but we have more work to do before we can say that we're going mining IMHO.

Well the market likes the RNS. As an underwater LTH I would like to like it too but I can't see what's so good about it. 20mpta is a high volume and we need a 25% increase minimum in copper price. Or, we hit gold on followup tests of untested porphyry targets. What am I missing?

So, we pay the lawyers their bill and engage THEM to sell the assets. Everyone's a winner! All if need is MacaPacca to tell his KGB boss to turn a blind eye and we all get our cash.

What's the link between the dispute over missing share certs (claimant: Queeld Investments Limited and Mispare Limited) and the winding up petition, if any? I.e. I'd expect there to be a judgement in the claimants favour in that matter first. I'm missing a puzzle piece.

That's the only factor that gives me some confidence that this might be a temporary hiccup.

It's not hard to see that the Russian mafia could seize any, some or all of EUA assets in Russia even if we're midway to selling to the Chinese. Because Putin would rather have the Yuan in his foreign reserves than see any cash distributed to shareholders - and yes, that includes any of you here who may be Russian.

Do we know what tests were planned? I don't and the following RNS statement could be interpreted as implying that some tests have taken place:

"With final combustion optimisation tests now jointly planned"

Of course, if the "combustion optimisation tests" are the only tests planned of the fuel itself then what you say is correct.

Kicking the can down the road means postponing something until a later date. I don't see anything like that in the RNS. Are you sure you know what the phrase means? Delays are not 'kicking the can...'.
