Still a nice rise today of over 100 percent today thus far ....mms shake is now over and profit takingg complete.

i still expect KRPS up 124 percent and CSFS up 17 percent to rise in the last hour of trading ....would like KRPS to close above 7.50p and CSFS close to 9-10p .....come lets have a last 1hr 30 mins push upwards

Cornerstone FS Plc (AIM: CSFS) has announced the completion of the sale of Avila House Ltd. to Aspire Commerce Ltd. The company has received £300,000 in cash as consideration for the sale. The sale follows regulatory approval from the Financial Conduct Authority. Cornerstone also confirmed that it has started generating revenue under its 12-month software licensing agreement with Aspire from January 2023. The proceeds from the sale will be used to enhance Cornerstone's existing cash resources as it continues to advance its business. CEO James Hickman commented that the deal is strong as the company is also generating revenue from licensing its platform to the buyer.

Cornerstone FS PLC, up 10% at 6.88 pence, 12-month range 5.30p-27.70p. The foreign exchange and payments firm completes the sale of its non-core subsidiary, Avila House Ltd, to Aspire Commerce Ltd for GBP300,000 in cash. Company also confirms that it began generating revenue under its 12-month software licencing agreement with Aspire in January. Chief Executive James Hickman says: "We are pleased to have completed this sale and to realise value from the disposal of a subsidiary that could no longer contribute to our business. This deal is particularly strong as we are also generating revenue from licencing our platform to the buyer. The proceeds will be used to bolster our existing cash resources as we continue to drive our business forward."
