Results are a litany of excuses and they have taken circa £1m in salaries out of the company. It is a cash cow for the BOD and it will limp along while they drain all the cash.
There no energy experts left in this company, just the freeloaders left. It is going down the toilet.
Another year of delivering nothing and the yearly report is going show the BOD taking another massive chuck out of the coffers. Horrible shysters.
Failure after failure from these shysters while they take massive salaries. Chelverton have yet to bail out of this dog. They say they want to return shareholder value but I reckon they have got to be considering dumping the lot (33m) before this goes under.
Not sure why you’re expecting something from the sale of the SPVs. Attune Energy SPV owes £2.2m to creditors and we are awaiting the other 5 SPVs accounts to see what is owed to their creditors. It then becomes what someone will pay for a diesel site. No CM contracts and dwindling TRIAD makes the diesel sites not an attractive acquisition.
Only Attune Energy's accounts have been published. A 18% increase on last year's revenue and profit but other 5 SPVs are showing as overdue on Companies house website. Creditors owed £2.2m..down from last year's £2.6m. Would like to see the debt levels on the other 5 SPVs.

No agenda, Max, other than I'd like to know why some shareholders get to know company announcements before the company issues a RNS such as director buys, placings and salary cuts.
Did you ask them why they got paid £900k ? or you not concerned about that ?

Maybe if the BoD paid themselves £400k instead of £900k a year, then there wouldn't be a need for the dilution. Patisserie Valerie boss paid himself £60k for his under performance....the BoD are a joke.
We will see if that actually happens, the BOD have a history of not delivering
