Adrian Hargrave, CEO of SEEEN, explains how the new funds will accelerate customer growth Watch the video here.
I'm hoping over the next few weeks, once the value is actually realised that the BoD start putting out hints of an index change.
Not enough liquidity in AIM to get this to fair value.
I predicted 12p by the end of the week and I'll stick by that.
It was obvious the MMs were going to screw around with this like they did with BLOE and other game changing stocks. They'll only be able to get away with this one now. A lot of stop losses busted and they used the fact that only a few people knew the interview has been released and tried to freak the idiot holders out and dropped it.
I know it's usually the investor 'Kiss of Death' , but anyone willing to give it a go?
Leslie - Look at the price offered previous and declined. Then take into consideration the multiple power station deal and the price of coal etc. Worth knowing about gearing within the industry too. 725p is a relative conservative / Middle estimate.
Tang is not playing here. This is his billionaire play.
You only don't have a clue if you don't understand how these things work and know who to talk to.
It's all out there.
Personally think once these things are in place then once day in September we'll get an AIM suspension notice pending announcement and then this will be sold.
So few shares in public circulation and in so few hands this will be sold quickly to a Chinese consortium before the 'approval' announcement is made in Jan 2020. Tang will naturally be on the board as a type of NED for a handsome fee also.
You read it here first, although you'd have to be brain dead not to realise this is what was going to happen here. £7.25p is my guess for the buyout price.
The selling and messing has clearly stopped now.
Output from the EGM indicated that news was probably due this week. Don't think this will be in 0.2s by weds.
Buy time.
Pretty sure now that NFC are just the infrastructure and management company and not the 'major' miner that has been previously discussed.
We are due news very very shortly on the miner and the project funding (MBoB)
Hold tight, another jigsaw piece about to click into place.
Pom - Was one of the worst fat finger mistakes ever.
With the amount of so called buying this morning this thing should have been over 0.4.
So what's happening in the background. We'll either see a massive after hours buy or after hours sell.
Not shorting but underwater like everyone else.
Clearly you haven't a clue what is going on either.
F458 - 'This new company will have new contracts announced and further updates expecting on Monday.' - And your evidence for this is?
If you're here for a cheeky 'in and out' , then sorry, you've picked the wrong stock.
If your here to load up and wait until October / November for a huge return. Well done you've struck gold.
Going to be a lot of 'big boy' messing around on the Share Price for the next few days whilst they play musical chairs.
Concentrate on the story and not the SP.
Have to say, this ain't been an easy hold.
It's worth pointing out that the period between the MOU announcement with PowerChina and the signing of the JV was 3 weeks. (27th Nov - 21st Dec).
So , with 2 parties now bearing down on the 'new boys' this should take about as long.
Hollie - Bang on - Once the market has digested this then the big boys will move in.
Next up : Funding RNS - Next week (Mutual Bank of Bangladesh)
Initial Submissions
Proposal Submission : September.
October/November : Buy out announcement from new consortium. £6 ps
Remember only 11% of the shares are free float - Most in board and II hands.
Yep - Got it right again. Guys.
All I'm asking is for the news on the 'Several Contracts in Documentation Stage' from 8 weeks ago.
Surely getting work in and RNSing it is the priority for a business or are they just a loan vehicle ?
Listing the steps just sets expectation. This isn't like changing a shop sign.
No one is 'accusing' them of delays but their lack of news flow is worrying after the PR and Promised Contracts blitz from 8 weeks ago.
A new company should be aiming to please not working in the dark.
Yep , but that stock only has 300m shares in circulation. WDC has 1.3bn.
They need to be bringing in £20m+ of business a year to get to the equivalent.
