How did you gain access to HSBC Global as I have no info of anything from HL, who just seem to have wiped their hands of my shares and my money with no communication or advice??

Have they disappeared from your HL account???

Currently I have no communication and have heard nothing, just HL Balance of ZERO shares!!

Personally I think WHEN, not if they change the USO the Company will fly!

They no longer have the Old School ethic of clear everyday, so this along with the USO removal will reduce costs significantly.

Packets will increase and people will always post letters, so profits will soar!

Sadly those profits will go to foreign shores not as the CWU think to staff.

The whole deal from a normal staff point of view has been a scandal with only Politicians, bankers, high ranking staff and CWU chiefs making the real money! Despite them all denying it.

Yes small investors have made a little if they bought wisely BUT they are not the real winners.

Hope I am wrong but Think long term profits rise and staff become unskilled on minimum wage.

But then again I am a Retired Old Fart!!

On to Indivior shares to try and make me fortune...that really is a rollercoaster to play!!!

The whole thing is becoming more baffling by the day....dividend as said previously has been paid today.

BUT no one knows when/if rest of money is to be paid by.

This could turn into biggest scam ever...and the fact all the brokers know nothing but have signed over everyone's shares make it even stranger?

I thought this may be the case, as everything has been so vague in regards actual payment and no company seems to know when it gonna happen!

Problem for me is this is my Money NOW as my shares have transferred ownership to the EP Group.

So basically they have ownership of a company from June 2nd, for which they have paid shareholders 8p per share for!!

Red Flags everywhere and I cannot believe in this day and age they can actually let someone do this!!

We now just have to believe in the system, if it had been the other way round the money would have had to have been paid upon purchase.

PAYMENT OF MONEY UPDATE

Just checked with Bank...Dividend is being paid tomorrow 14th May 2025.

BUT they have no payment details or date of payment for the actual shares!

It is not happening tomorrow anyway.

HAS ANYONE HEARD ANYTHING ON PAYMENT OF ACTUAL SHARE MONEY???

Think its a Great Deal for him Thistle....he lost the staff a while ago, so golden handshake and barrow of loot will soften his blow. CWU has officially lost the little power it had left, all this we have a space on the board means nothing!!

Think all these people who keep saying about agreements with CWU and Directors have not realised that these Big Wigs WILL be getting monies and lot of it from the pot, so are bound to be in the YES brigade.

The NO redundancies until 2025 they have negotiated is laughable!! Its December 2024!!

People have to realise they are all in it for themselves, DK NEW people cannot be any worse than the current people at least they might try and find out how the business works to enable it to grow rather than the Liars and Charlatans of the last few years.

I hoped for more money but that's life I bought in at every price from the top to the bottom so my profit will be OK, but maybe not as much as it should be!! The option NOT to sell is NOT worth doing as your shares basically become unsellable and as such become worthless....but you pay your own money you make your own choice.

Actual price offered with divvy is £3.70.....so you would make more than 10%!

Think they both realised it was a waste of time!

Cannot work out personally Why price is not up to £3.40 minimum.

Their dreams of Labour stopping the takeover really is clutching at straws they don't have the funds to stop the takeover and renationalise with all their other spending promises.

Royal Mail’s parent company International Distribution Services (IDS) has failed to deliver its full year trading update on time, scheduled for 7:00AM on Thursday morning, as a possible takeover hangs over the group.

IDS was set to announce its full financial year 2024 results this morning, but at 7:42AM the press team sent an email apologising for the inconvenience. It said there was “a delay in issuing our results this morning. We expect them to be up in the next hour or so.” But by 10:00AM there was still no sign of the results.

Think it is a HOLD and wait and see to be honest.
