Frontera are having some problems with Yorkville it seems over method of payment. As I thought I saw it FRR had the option of paying monthly by cash in order not to issue more shares into the market, at least that’s what I wrote back then. It seems that unsurprisingly they were shocked to get a conversion notice in respect of 82m shares for August and 94m shares for September payment. In addition there is now a default notice been issued and total closing payment is expected. The situation seems to revolve around whether FRR are entitled to pay with cash or whether Yorkville can demand shares, at present it looks to be one for the lawyers although I would have thought that it was pretty much in black and white. This does highlight the problem that has been rife in the sector for some years that borrowing money from operations that take shares in return leaves companies wide open to crippling dilution and should be avoided at all costs. On the upside for FRR the recent RNS showed that these are exciting times at Block 12 in Georgia with distinct possibilities on the farm-out front with technical due diligence being done at the moment. If either were to result in a successful deal then the upside for Frontera is considerable.

Surely an RNS is needed to clear up the payment ambiguity.

Well the interim results RNS will be with us by a week Friday so we’ll have some kind of news for definite. Hopefully gas and oil sells are nearly double where we were last year ($1.5m) and more importantly we have some ops news to whet the appetite. I doubt Zaza will bother meeting us without some optimism delivered in an RNS.

Do you think Exxon want the basin edge play as that’s what possibly the arbitration was about? Looking good for progress either way.

Great find although I'm not sure what it means for us. Hopefully they're looking over our data and how about a possibility they farm in on the basin edge play which has been neglected somewhat as we have enough on our plate.

Hopefully FRR will come good unlike my beloved Spurs who snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. I believe FRR is as close as it’s ever been and hopefully we get some good news within 2 weeks with the interim report.

Great architecture. South stand less than 6 metres and the others less than 8 which compares well with The Emirates, City,l and other 60k+ stadia. Right off to the gym. Hoping we have ole ty of blue days in the run up to the interim report as I expect some kinda ops update.

O&G is like construction in terms of delays are expected! Hope we okay there this year but who knows. If you have a 1m buy at 0.34 and a min later a trade at 5m trade at 0.335 I’d assume it’s a sell rather than a buy. Regardless, I’m hoping for some good news with the H1 update within 2 weeks.

Bothered FJ. I consider myself objective and look at the buys/sells around the time of a trade and of course the bid and offer to make my case. As far as an agenda goes I’ve been invested here coming up 8 bloody years and have a substantial long position so you can do one. I’d love more than anything for B12 to be bought out in its entirety so I can move on and actually retire!

Another 5m and 7.5m sell. Some kinda transfer before news? No idea but they look alike more sells to me.

It went through below the bid which at he time was 0.35 and the 20m was sold st 0.34.

Why do you think we’re 6.4% down. 20m went through at 08.57 and is a sell.
