I won’t post again but find it weird anyone questioning why Cairn left as the timing manors it blatant. Oh and to reiterate I obviously hope this comes good as I’m still holding a load. Cairn’s role was untenable and they had to resign immediately. One read of the court docs tells you why. The most obvious bit of material info withheld was the interest payment to OLM which was 10% in cash or 12% rolled over. We weren’t told this would change to cash only and that is withholding critical/material info as let’s face it FRR doesn’t have the best record of generating cash. That would affect an investment decision and was clearly withheld from Cair and holders alike. Really poor. I hope Zaza has played a blinder and is able to get rid of Hope and OLM and that long awaited shareholder value can be created. He clearly believes he has a good case but Cairn had little choice in going and did us a favour as the share price would have been decimated further (particularly if the 5m seller continued and accelerated as happened the tasing day before suspension).

4 deals announced as they are deemed material hit there will be many smaller deals not announced. This is confirmed by DR who said that they’ve won contracts in different sectors with IBM that haven’t been announced. I hope there is no cash burn in H2 and they’re near to forecasts. Given the new model of recurring cloud revenues I’d hope FY19 forecasts will be moved higher. A trading update should be with us by Friday. Fingers crossed we continue the momentum.

Agreed we ideally want some positive news before relisting. Hope the 5m seller has gone too. A settlement with Hope and relisting should see this move higher. One can hope!

Stop saying leavers are labelled that way, a small majority are and some deservedly so. My main point is the leavers I know who’ve changed their minds have done so because of the lies peddled. We went from the highest growth G7 before the vote and are now the lowest and that’s while we’re in the single market. Nissan, BMW et al moved electric car manufacturing elsewhere and that **** Dyson is now building his in Singapore as they have just signed a cal with the EU. The NHS has more vacancies than in its history and farmers are bricking it as well as most other sectors. The point is only 1/3rd of the electorate voted out and now we have more info on what it means how is it undemocratic to have a vote with better knowledge? The Barclay bros, Murdoch, Putin and Trump want us out and the first 2 peddled lies in their media outlets as it’s easier to influence gov policy out of the EU. No more from me!
