The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Sorry Sbuild, surely you should be in the title list... I'll even tag on 'Sarashare'. I honestly believe the likes of me who are somewhat long in the tooth have a duty to help those who are maybe still naive to the sharks in this game.
... and sorry for anyone I haven't named in the subject title who might be remotely interested in this saga/debate.
I hope I am able to put to bed the 0.4p floor for good.
Almost 2 years ago, I came across the shenanigans of WDC(a former stem cell business) now ICON, not here but on ADVFN. Intrigued, I did my own research.
Like here, I'm not a paying member. Maybe some are not aware, but if you're not a subscriber (paying, bronze minimum) on ADVFN, the author of the thread is able to ban posts on their thread at will.
This happened to me (by the way, still banned on that thread for the past 20 months), because I pointed out to the rampers, the 0.4p floor did not actually exist. Turns out ( I dont have proof but have been briefed) the author has a criminal record and served a jail term for market abuse and was working for the BoD (So I'm told. But he no longer posts there).
This was quoted in an RNS:-
______________________________________________
"The conversion price (per Share) for the Bonds is now the greater of:
I. £0.004 (the "Minimum Conversion Price"), or
II. 90% of the lowest closing volume-weighted average price of Ordinary Shares in the 15 trading days prior to conversion (the "Theoretical Conversion Price").
To the extent that the Theoretical Conversion Price is below the Minimum Conversion Price the shortfall in the amount converted will be settled at the time of the next tranche."
______________________________________________
I perused and understood the RNS(Obvious to me 0.4p wasn't the floor but rather the VWAP was), but because I dared to suggest 0.4p wasn't the floor, I was set upon and banned, pretty much like some peeps want to do with me here, because I speak the truth.
The problem for most has been, DGFS (also RNS'd) as good as guaranteed PI's, that 0.4p was the floor.
'Reprobus', I see you have asked (not from me), for evidence of the above.
I can confidently say, it's all been RNS'd. If you require, I can easily produce the evidence (RNS, dates etc.) and why peeps believe DGFS led them to believe 0.4p was indeed the floor.
Reprobus, you're amazing!
Managing to buy in 14% lower than the 52 week low of 0.00815p
EHGOSF were converting at 0.007p, but I doubt very much you was buying at that price. I thought I did well to get a trade at 0.0083p

poorinvester, really?
Did you not notice the 'UT' (pittance) that caused it?
It will without doubt open down tomorrow morning, unless of course a
miracle has occurred this weekend that balanced observers haven't heard of.
P.S. Are you deliberately a poorinvester?

... lets look a 4.3.2 (the interesting bit) on page 7 of the latest JOEMedia administrators report:-
Sale Proceeds
The sale of the business and assets of the company to Greencastle MM LLP was completed on 7 July 2020 for a total sales value of £4.02 million.
The element of the sales figure which related to fixed charge assets (Business Intellectual Property) was met by way of assumption of liability of with the chargeholder and no cash realisation was therefore made in the Administration.
A cash payment of £233,000 was made in respect of the element of the sales proceeds attributed to floating charge assets by the purchaser during the sales process.
yajnas1, you quote:-
"Reso lost money here and seems determined to get revenge even though company clearly is doing a lot better - read the RNS's and read objective info rather than reso's subtle attempts to manipulate the share price down"
Reso not lost a bean, penny, £, cent or $ here.
Maybe another poster LSE need to look into for making false allegations.

Roxanne 123, is this a wind up (I haven't even bothered to search after the gaff you highlighted)?:-
"I liked it and hope it brings us some joy, he made a error though said its 1p a share but part from that was decent,"
If it was trading at 0.12p it would be out by 83.333%
But you're talking being out by 833.333%... and you can take it seriously?
Bring on the next joker.
Hope LSE are watching and do the same as they've done with the previous one.
Sarashare, rather than playing the sleeping policeman/woman then continually chirping up to diss others, why not contribute something of value yourself.
Maybe share some research you've done which would convince not only me, but other non believers that now is the time to invest here. No one else has yet managed too... go on make a name for yourself, it might just treble if you do.
B009, I'm a patient guy, for me the trade isn't yet. An investment opportunity could come in the future if they can break away, but looking like a long way off at the moment. More likely that ICON will end up incorporated. There are a few turkeys out there.
