This is on the basis that normally after such a move is a stock is highly overbought, and has already pushed to new relative or absolute highs. However, in the case of the personalisation technology group and its announcement of an operations launch in China, it does appear worth at least making a charting note here of what may happen in the near-term. This is said in the wake of the unfilled gap to the upside today through the 50 day moving average, a likely V shaped ultra-bullish flag formation above the 50 day line, and the way that the RSI at just 62 leaves plenty of scope for upside. Indeed, if you add in the extended uptrend in the RSI window, and the overall broadening triangle formation on the daily chart since April with its resistance line target of 11p there appears to be plenty for the buyers to shoot for.
