@user555 Couldn't have put it better myself with everything that has been going on over the last couple of years Crooky & Co still had many fans and he couldn't do a thing wrong , virtually every LT shareholder has been shafted by this family, they were NEVER interested in protecting their shareholders and only interested in personal gain, I will never visit a Cineworld/Crown venue again and will take my custom elsewhere. Once delisted I assume this opportunity to post will also dissappear. Its been an interesting few years and such a pity that Crooky & Co has destroyed it.

@sam747 Wouldn't get too excited what happens in the US it has had larger daily rises on many occasions but generally doesn't mean anything here.

So sorry to hear the huge sums of money that fellow holders have lost I'm small fry in comparison at a £6-7k loss but as a novice investor its still a lot of money to me I'm lucky that I sold a large proportion of my holding just after the court case and invested in Rolls, IAG and for a short time in Ferrexpo( got out of the later mid last year) Hammerson holding has been bit of a roller coaster ride but just breaking even on that one.

Faith now in Rolls Royce and IAG.

What is expected to happen next week is it likely that the shares will be suspended or will the slow drawn out demise of Cine continue, is it likely that sooner rather than later all UK theatres will close ?

The more you think about it the more unjust this pay out is wouldn't trust this guy as far as I could throw him, no wonder he has been so quiet since the court ruling.

I've finally sold out my very small holding, you have to feel sorry for the thousands of minimum wage employees who have seen their share option schemes reduced to nothing, but Crooky is ok he's got 35 MILLION coming his way soon.

Unbelievable...Ivebeen saying for months that Krooky was only interested in saving himself and his family yet he still had a fan base on here, all shareholders have been absolutely shafted by this once good company but M & Co can continue living the lifestyle that he has become accustomed too and f*** anyone else
