My take.....Mosman anticipated EP145 approval before 24th.....or no later than 31/1/24.....We know Settlement between Greenvale/Mosman has occurred.....because .buyer Greenvale have paid the stamp duty amount.....Greenvale 23/1/23 statement states approval is imminent.....IMO this means a maximum of 10 working days from stamp duty being paid.....The delay is very unfortunate.....and put a dampener on Mosman Ceo conference news Fanfare.....Folks this done deal will happen.....and you have to be in it to win it.....Positive Reg

......when Directors are willing to purchase 10% of fund raise....its my view.... theres going to be some hansom share accretive news very soon......IMO Stanley is in the process of being sold.....with third well workover flow rate results pending to complete deal......Greenvale EP 145 deal is now looking highly probable.....Conclusion.....you dont get a fund raise away at the current bombed out price.....that dilutes share holder equity by half......without offering significant value to creditors in return....Reg
