Hamiton and Wallace are major shareholders......For them to even consider purchasing the CP assets at current sp is for the Turkeys....will decimate their/shareholder value ......The $2.5m for 5 years operating expenses......smacks of Lifestyle company......The none rig purchase announcement last week was a trail run to see what they may get the issue away on no rig spiel......My advise to shareholders......is to vote down CP acquisition.....$2.5 5 year operating expenses in favour of $1m 2 year.....@ 5-8p preferably higher.....Good luck to all long term holders.....Caveat....I must say I am mortified hugely disapointed at the BOD proposals.....Reg
