Well on a day like this it's safe to say that an unhealthy amount of the comments on here are absolute b*ll***t . Not enough that the company has shafted holders again then a certain breed of 10% rats come crawling out and ramping deliriously with absolutely no intention of hanging around. Beware what you listen to today and deal with the black and white facts. There are better places for your money believe me.

Honestly don't have the time to debate, if you know you know. If you're happy with what you're seeing then all good.

I'm not trying to bash here but I've spent my working life in the construction industry and this is not an inspiring sight...or site.

Got to say these photos look as tin pot as they come. Slabs don't even look to have a sub base, don't see any reinforcements for concrete. Would expect better for a garden shed. Very little on site in the way of plant and machinery just few locals and bulk order of hi vis and hard hats. Wonder where that money is really going?

I was in RR with sub 90p average and fell for the doom mongering and negative sentiment, sold and never got back in. Will not make the same mistake here.

Thanks for the help but I was being rhetorical. Pretty clear what's been shaping up here last few weeks. Posssibly a small gain for the gamblers but not so much for the long termers.

Yes I'd expect we'll see their exact level of intent early next week. Fingers crossed it's not too derisory, a starting point at the very least.
