I am somewhat encouraged by the new name b**chers and moaners we've attracted last couple of days. Makes me feel the force is at work.

I feel it's back to a binary play again now. Undoubtedly more to be said it's definitely being held back for a reason. Whether that's good or bad, place your bets. I'm holding semi confidently. Past performance does not help the nerves.

Any strength to the argument a JV could be agreed/announced before, but of course depending on, the license application? Could see advantages for both parties.
