looks like we are in for significant delays then!

Been doing a bit of research this weekend. Have to say Wick & Colter do look good prospects. Each of which will be transformational to the business if successful ,which I fully expect one or both to be. Colter already has an oil find in the license area drilled previously WITHOUT seismic so bodes very well. And Wick sits next to a big producing oil field and is 'significantly' (geologist view/ BOIL CEO) updip of this production. Target 2-3p this year.

last director buys were 0.5p so well discounted, I've been adding below this when possible. also they have a load of options that need to achieve 2.5p+ to kick in.

bottom line is things are getting very close now. the business end, looks like wick and colter drills will be happening both at the same time so double key news flow.

plenty of the cash left in the coffers after these drills that is why xxI is being held back imo as these are the bigger deals. unlike most cash is decent even after all this activity. g&a has been cut right back also so they run a very tight ship.

expecting a busy couple of weeks of the news front here!

Colter sits immediately next to the Wytch Farm oil production field that has produced over 450m barrels of oil to date - the largest onshore Europe!. it has already been drilled and they found a 10.5m oil column so I am optimistic here also.
Wick also sits next to a proven oil field and oil producing region so they have a great chance of success on both.

I said fully funded 3-4 wells! xx1 they will farmout for 50% carry imo. they have the cash to drill xx1 so that's 3 and have said looking at other deals so could likely do another well with a lower equity. they might even dispose of xx1 and buy into something else but they have options.

yes and the directors took part in the 0.5p placing also so lets see why!

most small caps would dream of being in this position. 3-4 drills fully funded in proven low risk areas, no debt and cash in bank for the foreseeable future. exciting times and game changing drills imminent.
Wick looks excellent I must admit.

ww - if that were the case that they couldn't get in on an oversubscribed 0.5p placing then why not just fill boots at a current substantial discount! probably a shed load of stock available. we need some to see some bloody progress nick
