Question:
if I trade out of my stock , making a really good profit and this profit is now showing in my trading accounts am i subject to pay CTG on this profit or does one only become subject to CTG when it is transferred to ones Private bank account. id like to trade out and reinvest in other stocks before moving to my Barclays account. Also do i have only from April to April tax year to pay the tax man when im having to pay my ctg. Cheers Red.

Hi buddy, if it’s ok to talk about solg here for one moment, what is the state of play,? I have been in solg for years and made a lot there, I traded out in the recent lull as my money will do better here. As far as I see Equidor has now given miming the green light after the protest debacle . NM wants to now be a minor and has help via his clients by way of toll processing agreements. Solg is now waiting on funding , like 2.0 bill if I’m correct( don’t quote me ) so do you know how close solg is to getting funding.and when will we return to the normal low of 46p , no. So long ago we were at A broker rating of 74p, some had even joined a £1 club. :) . Hope you got a little info as I’m not getting any from NM as he keeps falling asleep, cheers Red p. S I know solg will grow and is a good investment as they have cash, lots and lots of cu and au. Will be multiples of sp as NM says .

Solg update for s/ holders on wed.

I’m thinking of cashing in one of mine and putting it here then after growth nestle it in solg. Eventually buy annuity.

Re mrs paddy pension. Could you of not put it in a H/l trading isa (2 x £20k) one in your name one in hers no ctg and can withdraw anytime? Can add profit from one account to her account yearly?
