Remember when all the chat was “I think it’ll be Monday”? Even that’s stopped now.

More trades than posts on this board would be a good start. I’m hoping that when news it comes it’ll all be worthwhile.

Results were out in April, so at least there should be news in April 2027. I think they have missed Summer 2025, it’s back to dark mornings and gale force winds here in the North of Scotland.

£22k trade just popped up from yesterday, and it didn’t crash the price. Decided not to wait for news, whoever it was.

The old guard are very suspicious of anyone outside their group that posts. Hence, absolutely nothing of substance.

It’s great that you have other shares to spread the risk. Spare a thought for people like me that are all in here. Yes, not sensible, but the potential is enormous.

This started as a quick return to put into a safe, dividend paying share, which obviously went wrong.

Should be hearing something soon, I hope it’s good.

I held on to GKP from around 13p to £4.50 and held on all the way back down to under a penny. I hope I’ve learned, but probably not. I probably had over £100k at its peak, which would have been life changing.

I’m only able to retire at (nearly) 55 because I was medically retired from the fire service at 44. I had 20 years service + 50% enhancement (scheme rules) which gave me just over 30 years of a final salary pension. The rules also allow you to claim the equivalent of the state pension on top. I was very lucky.

I now work training staff in fire training and first aid.

My average price is 0.47p. I’m retiring at the end of March ‘26, just before I’m 55 (fire service).

If it hits 34p, I’d be mortgage free. Hopefully this inactivity is going to be blown away by something enormous. I’m prepared for the worst but hoping for the best.

I think your strong sell signal has come a little too late, I hope you were here at 13p saying the same thing. If anything, now COULD be the time to buy.

I’m not sure you need a fixed target to succeed, necessarily. If we get to 3.5p here, then you would need to decide what is likely to happen from there. Although, it might have been prudent to have a target at which you would sell, after how this has performed in recent months.

I’m sure we’ve all had disasters. I’ve been wiped out more than once, but my biggest mistake was investing in GKP at 13p, watching it go to £4.50 odd, then watching it all the way back to below 1p. I probably had over £100K at its peak and ended up with nothing. I didn’t learn my lesson though, I now actively go looking for basket cases.

Pretty boring when people feel the need to brag about their success. Nobody likes a blowhard. It’s almost like certain people can’t see others posting without trying to counterattack.

This board is probably ok because nothing is happening. Remember on the mini reversal how many get rich quickers turned up? Or ProfitJock with his daily going to the moon posts?

Hopefully not too long before all these loonies are back and we start moving up.

If I remember correctly, it was some of our resident “experts” that have been saying “news due” for as long as I can remember, with sometimes an added extra of a snippet of mainly irrelevant news from somewhere on the internet.

You are free to call out anyone you like on anything you wish. This is a board for sharing thoughts and ideas and everything else. Remember, it’s free and anonymous, not regulated financial advice.

The company have a duty to release material news as it happens. What people are asking for is updates outwith that, which should be the duty of shareholder relations (if there is one?)

The next worst thing to a bad news release is a pointless company update.

I’m not sure that charts work on shares like these.

Show me a chart that predicted 13p and I’ll change my mind.

I said on Friday that I would be happy to stay over 0.4 & that’s still the case today.

I see all of those plucking prices out of thin air have disappeared to the next pump.

Unless the news is blockbuster, then it will most likely end up a disappointment. I’d rather a nice steady rise in anticipation.

Those who promise news nearly every day are those with too much invested and a little bit desperate - despite their trying to portray a wealthy lifestyle. Anyone I know with money just gets on with it and doesn’t feel the need to prove they’re better than everyone else on a constant basis.

I’d also rather the rise continues in anticipation of news, as real news is often a disappointment or not the blockbuster that most people expect. That seems to be the way of it these days in the stock market.

I’ll be happy if it holds 0.4 today. A steady rise back is preferable to massive spikes & drops, for me, anyway.
