Shaun, Of course seeing your investment diminishing is difficult. Remember though unless you have to crystallize a loss by selling it remains a paper loss only. There are many sensible comments that should give you comfort in the long term viaibility of your holding.

I saw the trade in the list real time. It was at a different price to the trades either side which matched were at the price as though it had just been slotted in. Of course you would expect a different rate after the trade.

Shorts at 5.54% are contributing to the negativity. They need to lower the SP before buying back and as we have seen can do so without affecting the SP unduly. Can't see this improving until early summer.

While Royal Mail employees have accepted changes to their pensions and may have kept shares now diminished in value, they have also seen its chief executive enjoy £6 million to compensate him for moving from another part of the group, on top of £2.7 million annual pay.

Maybe along with a Divi cut the guvnor should take a cut on his salary?
