As I have done previously my buy yesterday was well documented. I stated approx 30 minutes before my buy that I would spend 10,000 within minutes of doing so I posted the exact amount cash and shares. It doesn't bother me what they think but I do not like to be called a liar because I am not.

Oli. Maybe I am old school but despite spending my time in a suit I was always prepared to roll my sleeves up if "push came to shove" and see nothing wrong in that. I do hate the cliche of managers are this unions are that. Work together you are all workers.

In any well run company it is a case of "do your job if you want to keep it" RMG needs a reliable workforce and astute management. Not too much to ask for.
