I have enjoyed the DerekR analysis by both Carrington & Fruitster absolutely spot on. I often think "nasty little man" when I read his garbage.
I also think "what a #####" I didn't type the word as I'm sure it would have been censored" similar to the censorship of pea#### which is such a shame because it describes him so perfectly. I shall have to make do with "peacox"

I do see your point and agree cutting the dividend will see some shareholders sell and look elsewhere. Personally were I in desperate need of the dividend income instead of selling my entire holding. I would sell enough stock to cover the amount I would have receive from the dividend. Dire as it is we will recover from this virus.

Fruit. I checked with the boss and our flu was end Nov 2019. USA reported first cases Jan 2020.

I have a flu vaccine each year and don't usually get flu as a result. However both of us had bad flu at the beginning of 2020. Some may remember my man flu complaint. Hopefully it was connected would be nice to know we have some resistance.

JB. I was endeavouring to get at the average wage. Looks quite reasonable to me and certainly competitive in the marketplace.

Are these RMG rates in the ballpark ? £11.62 Higher rates may be paid in different parts of the UK. You may also earn overtime and shift allowance.
If so the offer of 6% increase looks very competitive compared to Amazon.

Looks like Amazon workers will lose the £2.00 increase at the end of April.
