Is this Schroders leaving the "party"?

Wouldn't it be great to move all my shares into next years ISA allowance at this very depressed value only for the share price to rocket in H2/24.

Nothing new from the mid-December statement in terms of numbers. A couple of "interesting points" for me:

1) reduced overheads implemented post-year-end, so doesn't affect FY24

2) potential new product categories, is this consoles...?

Can we all agree to vote against anything sub-30 if this becomes the case?

We don't know the percentage of visitors are buyers or sellers and how this changes month on month.

For example, I assume more buyers in Nov/Dec and more sellers Jan/Feb.

What would people prefer?

Sellers - So MMAG control more supply, more debt(investment)?

Buyers - So MMAG make more cash(mrr/are)?

Aren't the net assets 19.5m making 18p+

10 days until the year high drops from 40p to 25p.

Do you think think there is a strategy around timing with tax year?

The silence is deafening.

Very frustrated as to what is shown as a buy and sell. The RNS shows you that Shore transacted (bought) 125k shares when they looked like sells.

When is the latest MMAG can post their results? Anticipated Notice of Full Year Results either this week or next week.

You've done well to average down that low. What price did Schroder's pay last October? That could be the baseline line for an offer to be acceptable. Given the free float as increased massively I fear a a low ball (sub-25).

@Bighand Do you work for the company or know people that do? If true, hopefully the employees can find new roles asap.

My concern is there are plans afoot for MBO for a low as value as possible flushing out private and instituonal investors. Would like my average to be lower, final chance next week. Should start getting fruity.

Why does anyone think this is worth 30p, 50p...when the market says otherwise? Until we have an an update which will be in the next two weeks it's all conjecture.
