Tissue Regenix bought their American arm of the business (CellRight) for 23m a few years back.
Since then sales have grown from 1m to 15m

Current mcap at 1.2p is less than 15m.

This therefore means the company is valued at less than the company bought (CellRight), and attributes zero value to TRX's own IP and assets which are valued at over 30m.

Broker targets remain 40p.
Takeover target at the start of the year for 10-12p.

Latest statements from the company indicate continued strong demand for their products.
